Generative AI for Professionals is designed for professionals who want to effectively leverage modern AI technologies in their daily work and business processes. Throughout the program, participants will gain a solid understanding of key concepts such as LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents, work hands-on with leading AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and build AI-powered automation solutions. By the end of the trainning program, participants will have the practical knowledge and skills to apply Generative AI solutions across a wide range of business processes and drive greater productivity and innovation.

Upon the course completion you will::

Confidently use and compare major GenAI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for diverse use cases

Explain how LLMs work, including tokenization, attention, embeddings, and the RAG pipeline

Design effective prompts using advanced techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, system prompts)

Create custom Skills and set up MCP server integrations to extend AI capabilities

Design and implement AI agent workflows using n8n with tool use and external service connections

Architect multi-agent systems with SubAgent delegation, handoffs, and orchestration patterns

Evaluate and select the right GenAI tools and architectures for specific business problems
